How does the free tier work?
Your first 5 active production subscribers generate no fees. This lets you verify your integration with real payments before committing. Active means subscribers in active, renewal_pending, or past_due status.
When am I charged?
You are only charged when a payment succeeds. Failed, expired, or cancelled transactions cost nothing. Retry attempts that eventually succeed are charged once on the successful payment, not per attempt.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The 2.9% transaction fee is the only Chia fee on the Standard plan. Provider gateway fees are passed through at cost with zero markup.
When does the Enterprise plan make sense?
For high-value plans (MWK 25,000+/month), 2.9% adds up. Enterprise gives you a flat per-subscriber fee that caps your cost. Contact us to discuss your volume.
What currencies do you support?
Chia supports the currencies available through your enabled providers - including MWK, ZMW, UGX, KES, and more.
